Privacy policy.

Last updated: 22 August 2026. This policy explains how Fridgewolf collects and uses personal data when you get a quote, make a booking, or contact us.

1. Who we are

Fridgewolf, operated by [COMPANY NAME] Ltd (company number[PLACEHOLDER]), is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@fridgewolf.co.uk.

2. What we collect

To show you a price: the delivery postcode, dates and trailer size you enter. This is sent to our geocoding and routing providers to calculate distance — see "Who we share data with" below.
To take a booking: your name and email address.
To take payment: your card details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

We don't currently ask for a phone number or delivery address beyond the postcode used for pricing.

3. Why we use it

To calculate an accurate price, check trailer availability, take payment, fulfil your booking, and email you a confirmation and (if needed) a cancellation/refund confirmation. This is necessary to perform the contract between us — we don't use your data for marketing without separate consent.

4. Who we share data with

We use a small number of specialist providers to run the booking, each acting as a processor of your data on our instructions:

Booqable — holds booking, availability and customer records.
Stripe — processes payment. Card details go directly to Stripe, never through our servers.
postcodes.io and Mapbox — convert your delivery postcode into a driving distance, to price delivery accurately.
Resend — sends booking confirmation and cancellation emails.
Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes requests to it.

We don't sell personal data, and don't share it for third-party marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (typically up to 6 years), then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact hello@fridgewolf.co.uk to do so. You can also complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.
